Supports the 100 Club of New Mexico with a $10,000 Donation

A luncheon celebrating community service, generosity, and support for New Mexico’s first responders and their families

ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO — AHEPA Chapter 501, the Tasso Chronis Chapter in Albuquerque, continues its tradition of community involvement and charitable giving by supporting the important work of the 100 Club of New Mexico with a generous $10,000 donation.

The luncheon brought together individuals committed to recognizing those who serve and protect our communities. Through this contribution, AHEPA Chapter 501 is helping support an organization dedicated to providing immediate financial assistance to the surviving spouses and dependents of New Mexico law enforcement officers and firefighters who lose their lives in the line of duty.

Founded in 1969, the 100 Club of New Mexico was established on the principle of standing beside the families of fallen public safety professionals when they need help most. Its motto, “Because We Care,” reflects a longstanding commitment to compassion, service, and community support.

AHEPA Chapter 501, founded in 1951, has a proud history of supporting charitable causes, educational opportunities, and organizations that make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. This donation reflects the chapter’s continuing dedication to giving back and strengthening the Albuquerque community and the wider state of New Mexico.

The $10,000 contribution represents more than financial assistance. It is a heartfelt expression of gratitude for the courage and sacrifice of law enforcement officers and firefighters, along with a recognition of the families who stand behind them.

AHEPA Chapter 501 is proud to support the 100 Club of New Mexico and its mission of ensuring that families facing an unimaginable loss are not left to face the challenges alone.

Through generosity, fellowship, and a shared commitment to service, AHEPA Chapter 501 and the 100 Club of New Mexico demonstrate the enduring power of a community that cares.
